I am experienced in special diets like gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut-free, IBS-friendly (low FODMAP) and others. I regularly develop and test recipes for gluten-free and dairy-free dishes, low-calorie versions of classic dishes, filling and delicious vegetarian meals, and frequently make adjustments in traditional recipes for my client’s tastes or dietary requirements.
I can also help with ongoing menu planning. We all know that dietary variety is important to our health, but dietary restrictions make the menu planning process time-consuming and stressful for many. If you are struggling to come up with new menu ideas and/or worried about how your choices affect other members of the household, I can help.
